HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER OR FIND MY TRACKING LINK?

ou will receive updates about your order via the email address you provided at checkout. These updates include an order confirmation sent right after your purchase and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once the order has been shipped.

If you haven't received any emails, please reach out to us so we can update your contact information. If you used a third-party payment service like PayPal, the confirmations might be sent to your PayPal email address. Alternatively, there could have been a typo in the email address entered during checkout.

WHY HAS MY ORDER NOT SHIPPED YET?

Our products are custom-made to order. Production times vary by item and typically range from 3 to 10 days. You can find specific production time details under the shipping section on the product's listing page.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY TO MY COUNTRY?

HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Contact us via email as soon as possible to request changes or cancellation. Please note that orders already in production cannot be canceled.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

Please ensure that all returned items are unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?

When you purchase multiple items, they may be shipped separately, so it's possible to receive one item before the others. Each shipment will have its own tracking link. Rest assured, you won’t be charged additional shipping fees for multiple shipments within the same order.

TAXES AND DUTIES

We do not cover international taxes, duties, or customs fees. These are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that in the case of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees are non-refundable.
