Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- Contact your bank as there may be additional processing time.
